
Certified as a
Personal Fitness Trainer by The American Council on Exercise
since 1992, Tamara views her profession as a way to help
others. Over the years she has worked with a wide
variety of clients in a number of different disciplines,
always applying her knowledge to the specifics of the task.
Tamara believes
that combining the focus of a meditative atmosphere with
the intent of core stability strength training produces
an effective, time efficient workout. She utilizes
free weights, therapy balls, resistance bands and combines
them with time tested calestenics.
She has an active interest in Triathlons. Her latest sports
hobby is endurance racing. In 2002, she participated in
two 12 hour Adventure Races and walk/jogged the LaSalle
Bank Chicago Marathon in 7 hours.
Tamara specializes in Fitness While Traveling, Core Stability
Training, Strength and Flexibility Training. She is also
knowledgeable in Yoga, Meditation, and Aerobic Endurance
Training. |
